PROS: cheaper than er3, takes normal roller weights, functions great and eliminates the stock variator.
CONS: if you're cardboard startin' it.. you're gonna have a rough time. Gotta be real careful inserting the cardboard in or the cheek will slide too far back and all the weights will fall out of the variator 'n onto the ground. Shit fuckin sucks. That by itself makes me never wanna buy one again. Strictly ER3 life from now on baby

Got it on the cheap new and paired it to a 74cc Airsal w/21dell,AV7 and it equals dumb! Using the lightest weights and being 190lbs while leaning over the bars, this beasty just ripped the front tire of the ground all day! It is noisey but a total inner city killer! Cons-it variates quick so no blastah powah while cruising unlike the ER3 will offer. Awesome piece!

apparently it isn't common knowledge that you can change the weights in these variators without spending lots of time pulling them apart. the more clever/knowing kids out there are probably already aware of this, but i blew a couple minds when i pointed this out to someone at the track last race. all you need to do is use your 5mm alan key to remove the two slider posts, then the blue top will rotate and you can drop weights in or take them out through the notches in the cheek! didn't you know that? you didn't? well now you know! and knowing is half the battle! YO JOE!
