Payment for Items shall be made by PayPal, American Express, VISA,
Mastercard, or Discover Card. Credit card payments are subject to the
approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card, and
treats hq llc. shall not be liable in any way if such financial
institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any
reason. By prior arrangement and at treats hq llc.’s sole
discretion we will also accept Money Orders, Bank Drafts, UPS COD and
Personal Checks. We accept cash if you pick up goods ordered online.
Sales

services to addresses within the State of California. Unless you
provide treats hq llc. with a valid tax exemption or resale
certificate prior to treats hq llc. processing of the order, you are
responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms
caused by failure of any machine, system of authorization, data
processing or communications system, transmission link, strikes,
lockouts, riots, war, fire, acts of God, accidents, material or

or denial of import or export licenses, or compliance with any law,
regulation or order, or due to any other circumstances or causes that

Shipping
All
items offered are in stock and shipped as fast as possible usually within 24 hours of payment.
If you want faster shipping, you may select USPS priority mail
or express mail and pay the rates quoted by USPS. All shipments are
insured for the total value of the shipment and responsibility for
loss or damage during shipment passes onto you and the carrier once
the carrier has picked up the package from our premises.
Returns
& Refunds
All
returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. there is a 60 day limit to any returns being made. Any shipping
and handling fees related to returned merchandise is the
responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return an item or
get a refund please email us at questions@treatland.tv to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization) number. No
returns are accepted without the RMA number.
