I installed this on my 1978 Honda Express NC50 along with some other Treatland.tv parts including the "mikuni 20mm VM round slide carburetor - bolt on". I like how it has the tube holder for the oil feed (if you want to use the stock setup and not premix) and what is SUPER MEGA WICKED awesome is that it has the bolt to still mount the rear fender. Designed with beauty and function. It is a must have with the mikuni 20mm VM carb (save your $$$ and get both at same time). Heck... splurge and get some power reeds, will ya'?!? Your Honda Express will thank you.

works but needed flattening

I installed this on a expressII, had to file holes slightly to fit a PZ19, and add a phenolic spacer to clear carb bowl to case fitment (as expected) however, bottom of intake is not flat and will not seal to reed plate. had to flatten it with a file and then on a belt sander to get it flat enough to seal with some permatex.

bolted up to the case fine... not so much luck for my vm16. holes were a few mm too far apart. and the carb bowl hit the trans case on my 79 nc50. needed some slotting to make it seal.
edit benji: this intake is designed for vm20

Really nice unit for the NC50 and NA50 bikes, carbs mount perfect, go ahead and dont cheese, get a malossi velocity stack for an ultra rad look! Dig it!
