seemingly normal but actually rare strange weird 5 star made by a company fonder monte that apparently hasnt existed since the 70s...or do they? i dunno, but pretty sick if ya ask me... these bolt right up to garelli vips! so sickkkkk. sealed bearing!!! you'll be riding smooth on this bad boy. missing the sprocket bolts and some axle nuts...for some reason, these wheels have 12mm x 1.25mm thread axles!! otherwise pretty dang complete! uses 90mm x 18mm brake shoes! 16" x 1.5" no returns buddy!!!!! sorry
