The quality of these is NOT questionable at all! Its amazing! The problem I have lies in GETTING THEM ON! I had to have a buddy hold them while I tried to get the spring on, then required some vice grips to even get that on....

Fit perfectly in my '78 Puch Maxi snowflake wheel.  The spring is super tough, so I had to reuse my old spring to get them mounted, but there's probably a clever way to do it.
