for puch e50, za50 and z50!

note this CDI does not use a woodruff key! you will need an ignition micrometer or other accurate piston depth measuring method to properly install and time it. flywheel features dual timing marks for clockwise and counterclockwise rotations.

uses a 26 x 1.5mm flywheel puller!!

wiring:
red goes to CDI box
blue goes to ground
yellow goes to regulator/lights
white goes to accessory (see instructions!!)

you will need a 12v voltage regulator to keep your lighting system happy. if you want to stick with an AC system, something like the trail tech dial-a-brightness is a great option. if you are planning on running DC grab a wicked reglator rectifier here!!! the cool thing about the wicked regulator rectifier is that you can run it as a DC half wave rectifier or as an AC regulator!! amazing!

comes with stator, stator plate, stator plate mounting screws, flywheel, and wicked curve CDI box!

universal CDI box mounting brackets available!!!

does not come with a flywheel nut or spark plug boot!!

***note if you are running this on a STOCK original puch e50 crankshaft, you will need to use the included 10mm washer underneath the flywheel nut. the stock crank has less threading than all of the aftermarket ones and the flywheel will not properly seat on the crank taper without it.***

On e50's- Decent curve. Easy Install. Solid build. Mine have been through extreme heat, below zero temps, rain, snow, dirt, long rides at WOT, etc. Still ticking. Can be modded for full wave(voids warranty so at your own risk). If a dual curve HPI box could be made to work, this would be perfect, but it's damn close to perfect as is. Bout to get another. These are amazing. Much better quality than those faulty HPIs and a more usable curve for most moped builds. These will fit your Derbi as well with the normal dremel modifications you'd expect when installing a Puch CDI on your Derbi.
