replacement head for the big boy 46mm pinasco kits!! they've included a beautiful super small decomp valve that should seal up nicely with the head and minimize hot spots since its so tiny. it can be used on the new recessed extreme kits or on the traditional style kits.

head is cut for use on ciao and bravo/grande/si !!

I put this head on a older 46mm pinasco kit. Fits nice, well made. I don't think it came with a full decomp setup but whatever just use your old stuff. And I can confirm it fits on a bravo and a grande and a ciao. I tested it on all of them, then got confused as to why it fit on ciao. So I came here and read the description. You right.
