***THIS IS JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONE BUT THE FOLD DOWN PART COME DOWN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE! it folds down towards the seat rather than away from seat. you can simply drive out the bar that holds it to the rack body, flip the assembly and springs around and drive the bar back in if you want.*** spring loaded rear rack for vespa piaggio ciao mopeds!! this mounts to the book rack and faces either front or back and enables you to hold a 12 pack of cold ones. the spring tension is quite strong, so you'll need a little weight to keep it down. nothing a 12-30 rack cant handle mounts to the through bolt found on springer seat post style ciaos and the rear stay bolts!! lotsa mounting options for this one. you will probably need to do a small amount of filing to get things to line up tho ... cause its a moped part!!! great for hackin onto anything ya want too!!
