turbo kit performance exhaust pipe for motobecane mopeds! NEW straight version!!

this pipe has an awesome hydro-formed design. massive center cone/overall size. should perform well on high rpm 50cc setups and even better on 70cc cylinders.

also, the pipe mounts directly under the motor exactly like the stock pipe, then kicks out to the right side so you cannot use a different engine tension spring like the doppler spring.

featuring rubber bushings on the back mount for increased vibration damping and longevity!

these were supposedly designed for a spanish motobecane av10 model ... and just happened to find their way here as most moped parts in the universe do. keep this in mind as you will probably need to do a little tweaking to get this thing to fit. may or may not clear the kickstand and/or pedal arms. trust me, this pipe is worth the effort!

Had it on a av7 47mm airsal. Didnt really make it go any faster than a derestricted cashew but definitely made it get there quicker. Cut my acceleration time in half or some shit. Additionally by doing so I was able to take some weight off my variator.

Didnt really fit at all out the box. Neither of the rubber mounts lined up with the av7 bracket. I cut the outer one off entirely and rewelded the inside one in the correct orientation. Mounting bracket snapped off in almost no time. I blame the 47mm vibration... not too in love with this pipe . Dont think ima reweld and try again.

Last thing, shits fucking loud as a nutsack. Like made the derestricted cashew ( which is already pretty loud ) seem quiet as hell.

Pipe is incredible just need to cut the support rings and it fits perfectly into the brackets of the original av7 silencer you will need a right side pedal extension and a little bit of dent for not it touches your frame in full variation

huge big pipe here. takes a little maneuvering to get it on there nice but sounds poppy and loud. not quite sure if it hits the frame yet when in full variation but will be looking into that. had to bend the stock mount a lil to get it on but it is snug on there now and ready to ride around town!!!

Treats is right, it takes a little to get this on.  I have a 1975 Moby with an AV7, 74cc Airsal kit, 15.15 SHA, Le Partie CDI.  First, there are two eye hole brackets, you won't need both and can't fit both, one works beautifully.  The pipe will hit your standard spring when the engine variates so you need to cut the extra eye hole bracket off.  You can keep your standard kickstand, but you lose your pedals, the pipe gets in the way.  It sounds amazing and is a hungry little guy.
