***the red springs are slightly too large in diameter to fit!!! you might be able to get em to fit by sanding them down, but for now you're really just gettin the blue and yellow sets. ***
blue = weakest, yellow = medium, red = stiffffff
you get three of each spring too, so if you have a three shoe or two shoe, its all gucci.
