Tricks for hobbit. Remove rubber pieces on clutch. Throw away. Then take arms off hub. Springs then placed on arms. Then put arms back on posts. Without the rubber bits the clutch will engage so much harder and the posts won’t bend.

Haven't even tried these yet but I know it's gonna be insane, they are basically impossible to put on a hobbit clutch but after about 45 min of wrestling I got the blues on, might not even be possible to put the blacks on tbh

I found an easy way to install springs is to,leave the clutch tool on the clutch and put the assembly in a a vise. put a big rod or screwdriver in the center and use a small stiff screwdriver to pivot the springs on the shoes using the center rod as a pivot. Hope it works for you. Definetly better take off!

prepare for face melting rpm's ... ok so that's the good and here's the bad... all of these --- ESPECIALLY the blacks are EXTREMELY HARD if not impossible to put on a derbi or hobbit clutch... they are just too small. we managed to put the reds on a DR kitted hobbit... it's crazy!! they also wear down on the holes that the springs hook into after prolonged use. just be careful.
reds = 4500ish blues = 6500ish blacks = 8000ish
get ready to tear it up.
