OEM motobecane grab bag of sorts

oem motobecane grab bag of sorts. complete hardware set for something... all came wrapped together in a bag. hard to say if it came like that from the factory, or some helping hands put this together along the way. either way, there's some oem bolts and nuts, a pedal arm, rubber grommet, brackets and spacers. maybe you need this?
