Built and raced this head matched to a dirtbike radiator with Trail Tech inline water temp gauge, no pump (relying on thermosiphoning). Street temps at WOT 15x45, 58.6mph, peaked at 269*, 70* ambient, tap water, b8hs. Track temps at WOT, 12x45, 41mph, peaked 240*, 58* ambient, tap and waterwetter, b7hs. Drill and tap your cases. Running this as m6 requires sleeving the head and cylinder. Waste of time and lower torque specs. Buy these, get nice nuts, and run Nord Locks. After heatsoaking torque to spec. https://www.treatland.tv/polini-m7-x-125mm-moped-engine-cylinder-stud-p/polini-engine-stud-317.0103.htm

As a water enthusiast myself I think it's awesome that you are getting with the times and finally converting mopeds to hydrogen power. This will REALLY help the environment!
