hardened steel bushing for honda hobbit one way bearing conversions!! this is meant to be used in conjunction with the HF1616 bearing that we also sell! it is stepped so that it fits perfecto on the hobbit crankshaft. it can also be used with just a normal old hobbit clutch bell with starter shoes i think?!!?

when installing this bushing, the original center spacer that sits between the drawn cup needle bearing and the sealed cartridge bearing is no longer used. simply install your one way bearing and then the sealed cartridge bearing without the center spacer and slip the new one way bush onto the shaft!

remember,
one way bearing setups are not recommended for daily use!

16mm OD

well ladies and gents this part will not, I repeat, WILL NOT work for the PA50i crankshaft! so don't buy it thinking it'll work because it won't. trust me...I mean I named myself Hobbit Master Pike...so duh...  If you do buy it anyway for the PA50i crankshaft imagine me saying "I told you so" like hundreds of times in a row until your head explodes after you try to fit it.

ive got a couple hundred miles so far on this with a relatively fast DR setup. seems to be holding up just fine!

just make sure you re-grease that one way bearing every like 4-500 miles or so and it should last for a while.

I'm not sure if this is clear to others, but it took me a couple hours of scratching my head to figure out this bushing also replaces the internal spacer in the bell. Hence the step in the bushing. I haven't run this yet, but it is installed. Will report back on durability, duration, and performance. I have some concerns, but I will address those if they prove a point of failure. No point in knocking a product I haven't tried yet. :)
