yamaha qt50 big bore party pack with pretty much all the stuff you need! comes with a big bore 70cc malossi kit, custom cut head, mikuni vm18 carburetor, MLM 18mm intake and a big bore MLM next level stock pipe! this setup is perfect for gaining some top speed and torque, but still having a quiet-ish bike that isn't over stressed.

you will need to change your main jet in the carb so grab some mikuni large hex jets and idle jets!!! always start with a high number jet and work your way down!!!!!

does NOT come with an air filter cause there's just too many options out there. uses 32mm (PHBG) air filters except the ones that are screw type! pick one ya like!

your original throttle cable WILL NOT WORK with this carburetor. what do you do?!?! hence it comes with a new throttle cable!!

now's the time to replace those crappy stock metal reeds with some performance reeds while you're in there! NOTE this party does NOT come with intake gaskets!!! We are currently working on getting some made and they will be included in the future! As for now, plan on cutting your own gaskets or using some gasket maker to seal things up all nicely.

you'll probably want to grab a new spark plug too while you're in there.

also comes with some spark plug index washers, exhaust studs, nuts and washers!! yup!

I have this set up that I have been running with an expansion chamber.Exception is I use a milled Yamaha YT 60 atv head and taller YT rear differential.Top speed was 50 mph with about 200 pounds of rider.I switched to the MLM pipe leaving everything else alone and got 44 mph with a much better over all powerband.Its a nice change and you dont have to ride wide open throttle everywhere to make it work.

rebulit the entire motor with treats bearings, seals, and gaskets. installed this package they put together for the QT50. THIS BIKE RIPS. torque is instant out of the hole and same with top end. haven't clocked the speed yet but close to the 40 mph mark with stock qt gears. did upgrade the tires to the larger diameter also. exhaust sounds awesome as well. thanks treats!

An awesome deal for everything to get you ripping with one exception of missing a wrist pin bearing. No use for the included m6 cable adjuster on a QT50, have to cut your original cable to use the m10 adjuster screwed into the handlebar controls.

Only install woes on the QT50 are needing to grind ~1.5mm off the exterior of the transfer ports for the cylinder to fit down in the recess on the case, and a bit of massaging the guards on the footpegs to clear the cylinder fins.
