5 of 5 Nice Stock Pipe January 18, 2024
taco eater : Nathan Kopsack from Beaver Falls, PA United States
For $44, it's a stock looking pipe.  You will have to loctite or use lockwashers on the baffle nut.  The nut will fly off, dropping the baffle out the back, and turning your moped into a loud chopper-like moped that will have the neighbors hating your guts.  I couldn't believe a moped could be this loud.  Had to 'side of the road it' and learned from my mistake.  Don't make the same one.  Secure that baffle!

the flange bolts didn't line up for 76 puch maxi nostalgia, so i ended up looting it for its parts and used my header from before. didn't feel like reaming the hole for it to fit
correctly. thanks for the clean parts though

2 of 5 Smaller ID June 21, 2023

The pipe I received had 22mm OD and 19.5mm ID. It also came with a very thick weld which penetrated into the header where the flange connects. I had to grind this away to make this part usable.

3 of 5 maybe it was user error, but... February 19, 2021
taco eater : Mason Hatchman from Ridgewood, NY United States
I had the pipe on properly for a short period of time, not sure the exact mileage but it wasn't much at all, and the nut holding the baffle on came loose and became one with the road. Tried putting a new nut/washer on, that one came off too. Made the pipe very loud, and now the pipe is splitting where the baffle meets the header (proper terminology? who knows).  Looks great tho, maybe you won't have the same experience!

3 of 5 The baffle fell out and rubber melted. September 30, 2018
taco eater : Ashley Ackley from minneapolis, MN United States
The battle came loose and fell out after 10 miles.
The rubber o-ring around the baffle melted so now it’s blisteringly loud. Can I buy a baffle?

It looks bone stock except for the thick ass header pipe, which is probably where all the extra breathing comes from. Gets a 70cc kit to 40mph.
