reed valve adapter plates for use on minarelli v1 piston port cylinders like the v1 polini or even your stock cylinder!!

to truly get the most out of this you'll want to consider some cylinder/piston mods using science, math and a steady hand.

for use with puch/peugeot polini style reed blocks like the malossi 4 petal that we all love!

includes both aluminium plates but you'll need to make or buy the gaskets separately!!!

cylinder side intake opening = 19mm

you'll need slightly longer bolts to mount up whatever reed block you choose BUT have no fear as there will be an accompanying bolt party wait its right here

paired this with a 15 SHA and a polini kit on my v1, no work to the cylinder or piston and my performance is better all around, more stable bottom end with a boost on the top. Now chris paz lets me keep my bike inside at work since i have no more blowback!

they work as intended! Kicks the carb out to the left side, so side covers/footrests will have to be reworked. on a bonus note though, you can remove the float bowl and rejet without removing the carb

Installed these on a 48mm BRN kit that I modified for 360 degree intake. Rips hard with a 16mm SHA
