NEW minarelli v1 cnc aluminum metrakit base spacer / reed adapter!!

this amazing unit allows you to run a derbi 47mm metrakit along with a V1L reed block on your normally piston port minarelli v1!!

Works wonderfully with this intake!!

this will only fit on top tank V1.. for sure NOT enough room to fit it on step thru. lazer/general & custom frame hackers you're in luck.

for racers n gurus ONLY! just like when setting up a Gila kit on a V1 you will need to dremel the case transfers so that the top and bottom corners of the transfers are flush with the center portion. Also, like the Gila you will have an angled exhaust port when the kit is mounted, so expect to hack a pipe or have one specially made. you will need to cut a window in the piston and taper the piston skirt slightly to achieve the proper case clearance. you may need shorter cylinder studs as well, but you can get by with the stock studs by using some washers as spacers.

This set-up will will rev high, so if you're using the stock clutch you will need to lighten your clutch shoes to increase the stall. Works amazing with the V1 jammer. Also make sure your clutch bell shimming is on point. Be prepared to do a lot of dry fitting and adjusting to get the fitment right, but once ya do.. wowwwowow.
