new minarelli v1 3 shoe clutch designed for jammin. cut with lasers from egyptian steel, springs sprung from the finest of springy spring steel, friction material sourced from the depths of the andes mountains. maybe.

TAPER style clutch!! this will not work on stub plane crankshafts!!

comes with 2 sets of springs (1.6mm and 1.7mm). for real pro blasters you'll probably want the malossi springs!

we've found that motorex ATF works great as it's designed specifically for crazy high stall spin-out performance on KTM dirtbikes. royal purple is also a winner! but we're busy dudes currently working on jammer v12 so we encourage everyone to try different oils/fluids and report back with your findings. actually, you'll need to have a full report written from the tribologist if you decide to use something crazy.

NOTE !!! -- this clutch comes partially to fully disassembled since you are going to be changing the springs around anyway. you MUST use some thread locker on the countersunk m6 bolts once you've tested out the springs and figured out which set ya like best! also, people have been having good luck with clutch performance by adding siping to the friction material on the shoes!

My old clutch bent to shit when i pulled it out, and I couldn't find a stock taper clutch, so i gave this a go, and its a sick clutch when it grabs, buuut you have to give er full throttle for like 20 sec. I tried all kinds of oils, 10w-30, SAE 30, DEX III, but didn't really make a difference. I tried to swap the springs, but didn't help either. Clutch is otherwise really solid and good, but the friction material is junk. you could probably try gluing some stock pads to this??

80cc kit, 19mm phbg, ev turbo, and now the
Jammer makes it complete.
I went with the yellow springs included with the clutch,
red locite the bolts...turned out to be a really smooth ride. Using STP ATF. Only wish is that the bolts were a
larger hex size, for eventually replacing the pads without stripping the bolts.

I ordered this bad boi for a polini v1 with a 19phbg and big pipe. The clutch slips like no tomorrow. Like it won't stop slipping. Tried all the springs too from the ones included to malossi to the GY6. and I've recently been seeing a lot of jammers with the friction material completely ground off leaving metal to metal contact that grooves the bell and cooks the transmission!

However, I tried siping the shoes and did notice improvement. I know this is a newer product and it's important to get feedback to improve it in the future so no hard feelings.

Any chance these clutches will get kevlar lined shoes in the future? That would be so rad.

Wow, this clutch has been fantastic so far. Easy to put together and easy to swap springs. Running a 70cc V1LKS with an external KS clutch nut. Tried it out with regular Type F and white Malossi springs and it worked great with smooth engagement. I gave Dexron a whirl with the same set up and the clutch slipped way too much unfortunately. Anyway, thanks to the dev team for getting this one together!
