Had to file it a bit to sit flush against the cylinder. No leaks now, but it's definitely not a quality-crafted piece.
Neither of the shims work on this, thus I had to create my own. Not a big deal, but you've been warned. Soda can shims for daysssss.

For sure spend the extra cash and get the other intake. The 1mm and the 1.5mm shims are not right for this. I had to file and sand the id of the 1.5mm shim to make it work. The 1mm shim is too big, even with one layer of coke can on the inside. This is mostly for garbage, not for rookies.

Out of the box quality is a big fat 0
With that said, this intake has some potential if you are handy with a file and have some patience.
I can't get the flange to seal worth a shit, but with enough RTV you can seal any thing lol.
Save yourself the grief and buy the better 40 dollar one.

piece was so malformed that the carb would not stay on, either with the actual shim or a number of home shimming methods. other people have had success with this item, so you could give it a go, but it looks like i should have just spent the extra 10 bucks on the long 15mm intake.

Pretty low quality. It does work, but I was very careful putting it on. For the price I expected a little better piece.
