5 of 5 Fit like a (tight) glove December 28, 2019

Installed these on a 1974 Peugeot 103 and zero issues with the install using the zip tie/Windex method (no tools). Too soon to know how much better they'll be than the OEM tires that are 45 years old but I'm guessing much better! On a Peugeot 103 you will definitely need to have your fenders very well centered to accommodate these tires without rubbing.

5 of 5 These look cool December 26, 2019

My first time ever mounting moped tubes and tires. No popped tubes and the powder coat finish wasn’t scratched or anything. Used a method I found in some 11 year old YouTube video of some guy wearing a yellow Tom Cruisers shirt working on a red Tomos. Who is this man? Put the tire half way on (one side) by hand (hella easy), put a bit of air in the tubes and tucked them in behind, then went ham with my hands to get about 80% of the other half of the tire on. I needed to use the tool for my fixed gear bike to get the last 20% on. It’s small so I’m thinking that helps not to puncture anything. My hands feel like lobster claws but the sense of pride I have was worth it.

I've installed hundreds of Treats tires and tubes, and yes this set with these tubes, you must use the proper tools. Or in my case use zip ties. I've link a youtube video for you less than tech saavy humans

4 of 5 Tires are Gnarly. Tubes are shit. February 1, 2017

I have tried to install 4 of the tubes that come with these tires and punctured every one of them. I'm not a damn idiot and have had ZERO issues installing litterally any other tube. The tubes are SUPER thick rubber and are pretty fat and seem great, but i cannot for the life of me get one on the rim without pinching a hole in it either with the bead or the iron.

like they're not defective, but i hate them.

Tires are cool though. rip rip

Edit TREATS : The tubes included in this pack are perfecto, the sole issue here is you do not want to use any tools when installing the tubes. We use these tubes endlessly here ourselves. If you must use tools when installing tires use them just to get the tire on the rim, then put the tools aside and use your hands to install the tubes and finish mounting the tire. There is no moped tire that you must have tools to put on. Having mounted hundreds with no tools and zero pinch flats I am quite sure of this.
