It is an acceptable upgrade. Side to side deflection and vertical movement on the big end is very good and tight. Came with a very beefy small end bearing that I haven't seen for sale separately. Ntn brand bearings and everything packaged in an item specific box which was comforting. Slightly different than I expected, but I think it will definitely hold up. Update: so installation wasn't so smooth. It was very tight fitting into the bearings and I had to grind out the key slots with my porting tool to get the keyways to fit in the crank. The flywheels of the crank are actually 2mm narrower than stock outside to outside. Not the smoothest crank I've ever run, but it does run well, just more vibration and slightly less rpm than stock. Still a solid unit but I don't know that I would call it a performance upgrade.
