if your bike has a separate 6v lighting coil and you keep blowing bulbs because the shit keeps going to 30v while revving high, this is what you need! attach it in parallel with your lighting coil wire BEFORE the headlamp switch. worked great on my suzuki tc100. note this is for an _AC_ lighting coil output with no rectifier!!

I just installed this on a old Yamaha dt. Wired it right up parallel to the battery. The high rpm voltage went from a battery cooking 8.5v down to 7.2v max. Should keep the battery alive much better. We'll see how it holds up.

Installed on a Puch that i kitted. The extra rpms killed all my bulbs, installed this and everything works great.
