the 43mm olympia kit with head for vespa piaggio mopeds. 12 pin variety. for all vespa mopeds and kinetic.

this kit is a perfect upgrade for anyone who wants more power without having to do much work. just bolt it on and up-jet. no case matching required. bolt and go! simple cast iron design for lasting performance!

comes with cylinder, head, dual ring piston, rings, wrist pin, clips and metal base gasket.

the olympia kits obviously have different pistons for the 12pin and 10pin kits, but they also have different rings for each size. this 12pin kit uses 43mm x 1.5mm rings like these.

Will, thee lover of ciao writes, "the olympia 43mm kit was originally produced by DR prior to the evolution 43mm kit. it seems that olympia purchased the molds from DR and continue to produce it which is awesome. this is a true bolt and go 43mm kit as the transfers are identical to stock and it has relatively mild port timings. massage it with a dremel and scream."

Daaang! This kit is the fastest way to increase your party fun time. I shoved this into my 1980 Vespa Si. Had a brap blast all over town. Great quality. Easy to install. The head is an older Ciao style not the big square aluminum brick my Si came with. The decomp cable holder is different. Needed a little thinkin to getter to work right. Back on the road in 45 minutes. Instant low end power increase. Added about 7 mph to my top end. Hella fun🤘🏽40 hundred tacos.

Love it. Bought twice.13/13(62jet) carb/ giannelli pipe = 35 to 40 mph!not ported. Great case matching.

Gasser means intake side, arrow goes to the intake. I transfer matched, sha 13 13 and a promo pipe. Stock ciao. I will do a follow up.

A very good kit . Does not need full case matching. Be sure to use a dellorto spring loaded sha carb float needle treatland sells. It'll make this kit last a long time .
I seized mine because of fuel starvation issues at top speed, but not again! I learned this trick, and now have whiskey money .

i put this kit on me ciao to replace the 43mm polini i was running for a loooooong time and have to say it's a great kit for the $$$cashmoney$$$. the high comp head is nice, squish isn't too agressive. porting is meh but still seems to rip ok. slower than the polini for sure, but not by much.

SPECIAL NOTE: i feel its necessary to give this kit a nice 30-45min of attention with some fine grit sand paper and/or some jewlery files to put a mild chamfer on the ports. the kit will run fine without such chamfering, but if you take a small bit of time to give it some lovin, your rings and piston will be happy for a looooooooooooooong time. fifty tacos
