43mm DR kit for vespa piaggio mopeds. 12 pin variety.

for all vespa mopeds and kinetic.

bad dude kit for vespa, boost ports, simple cast iron design for durability and performance. like most all the 43mm kits, it fits in your stock cases. if you still want more power, you can case match, like with any of the 43mm kits, but hey if you don't want to, skip it.

comes with cylinder, dual ring piston, rings, wrist pin, clips and base gasket.

5 of 5 Excellent plug and play cylinder with strong resul January 31, 2026

I am running this DR 43mm kit on a 2003 Kinetic TFR with the following setup: intake opened to 12.7 mm with a 13.13 carb, Malossi air filter, Mazzuchelli Anticipato crankshaft, and stock TFR head with decompression valve.

I chose this cylinder over other options based on bench test results performed with unmatched cases (Video on youtube, not mine. MIGLIOR KIT 43 PLUG AND PLAY)

Malossi CVF: 3.4 CV / 4.8 Nm
DR EVO: 3.2 CV / 4.5 Nm
Olympia: 3.1 CV / 4.5 Nm
Polini: 3.0 CV / 4.2 Nm
Polini Racing: 2.7 CV / 3.9 Nm

Only Polishing the Exhaust Port

smashed this into a mostly stock ciao. 12.7mm drilled spaco, undrilled intake, no matching anywhere. 1 metal head gasket, stock 50cc decomp head.
1st ride ran it lean and hit 427* lol woops haha. kit doesn't seem to care yay we love cast iron
piston & ports look cool, i chamfered mine rq for max reliability, they were a tad sharp.
my phat ass gets low 40s w/a polini top one.

easy as pie install, took me longer to hook the decomp up then to put kit on. very impressed with quality. nice all around power boost. running stock pipe and a 13.13

5 of 5 banger May 8, 2017
taco eater : Will C from san francisco, CA United States
all the dutch vespa guys run these for a reason. it's pretty much the best overall. great torque and low rpm performance + revs out seemingly forever

warning, the exhaust flange is a bit fragile due to the ID being quite large. be careful and it will be fine. give it a good smack on a curb and it will break off.

that being said, this kit + 43mm polini head, gianelli MEGA pipe, 13 sha, drilled out intake, maxed out rotary pad, mazzi anticipato crank, 80 pulley and malossi shoes gets me to 48.6 REAL fast

I love this kit, bang for the buck.  I broke the exhaust port, that sucked, but got it welded back on at a machine shop for $10 and now this thing works again.  Also tried the Olympia kit and this one is much better. Cast iron does suck i wish the quality would be like the original but im still happy with it.
