Got this to run boyesen dual stage kx65 reeds. The
v-force description says you do need to open the hole a little but the amount of metal I had to pull out of this, and the case was just a bit more than a little.

No complaints just saying if you plan on kx reeds be ready to cut.

5 of 5 Your path to hobbit/big carb must include this.... February 25, 2020

What an awesome part, it opens a doorway to hobbit performance. The stock reed block cannot handle the flow of a 20mm carb properly. Vforce reeds are the best combo, but I have had good luck running the stage 6 dio reeds and a couple thick gaskets. And if you're feeding this with something other than an appropriately sized Polini cp... You're doing it wrong.

5 of 5 Great quality. November 8, 2019

Nice looking part. I had to double up 2mm gaskets though, because this part is too thin and allowed my reeds to touch the crank, even before I torqued the bolts down. No biggie.

Probably the nicest part on my entire moped, shame you can't see it.

5 of 5 Clever design July 11, 2013

A clever and well-made solution. Hilariously nicer than the stuff that comes with the dio reeds, and allows for the use of lower-profile intakes so you don't have to stretch the bike or raise the rear end way high. Definitely worth the cost.
