new treats exclusive NU50 urban express, NX50 express SR and PX50 performance variator! if you demand the highest performance, look no further!

initial testing found 5-8mph speed gains over the stock variator on stock, DR, and Stage6 kitted bikes!

**if you want to use the oversize cheek you cannot continue to run the kickstart cover or you need to modify it to allow for room for it**

fun facts to learn and play!
-uses common 16x13 rollers.
-radially symmetrical ramps allow for use of 2, 3, 4, or 6 rollers! (holy smokes)
-optimized diameter and cheek angles to push the Treats NU50 belt to the tippy top!
-larger diameter and adjusted ramp angles for more variation
-run with stock outer cover cheek to keep side cover and add speed, or use included oversized cheek for more more speed. If you want to use the oversize cheek you must either remove or modify your cover. It will not work with the stock cover as is.
-heat sinks and holes for chill vibes only

4 of 5 So far so amazing! April 3, 2026

Slapped this puppy on after making my cutaway side cover to run the over sized drive face, and was hit with a nasty grinding sound... The variator is a little too big to be run with a kickstarter, but fear not! god created a little something called "auto clearancing" and after you rev it out on the stand for a few seconds she fits perfecto! (minus your anodizing) So far acceleration is worlds better and top speed seems like it will be up. I'm running mine with the sh50 belt and a horizontal minarelli contra and the belt goes to the tippy top of the variator.  More will come when it's not 16 degrees outside and icy. Looking forward to spring time!
EDIT: Played around with it, got my bike up to about 60 mph. The thing to note is that this variator doesn't play nice with Dr. Pulley sliders, rollers are the way to go here. Better take off, and better top end. I haven't even gotten it to top speed yet, still too cold here in Iowa. This is the way to go for NU50 speeeeeeed!

2 of 5 Be Careful! March 4, 2026

The plate guides were a super tight fit and wouldn’t move freely.
The bushing is a super tight fit (good), might need to heat up the outside to get it to fit smoothly.
**Beware, the variator was a little too big for the case and polished/grinded the anodized coating generating a ton of heat which melted the guides. Now I need to hopefully get the melted guides removed from the inside. No bueno chief.
