they are measured in diameter and width. so, make sure your wheel's brake drum has:

105mm inner diameter
25mm depth for the pads

square end is 19mm wide

these are circle type pads, so make sure its what you need. the post diameter should be about 10mm!

the clearance is really tight for my 17" derbi spoked wheel.  like there's no leeway for the arm to travel so its KINDA hard to setup a brake line. (if you're using non-derbi equip)

its about 5mm thicker than the stock derbi brake pads. (i think based on treats measurements)

edit: my cable and lever were crap and with a derbi cable and controls it's awesome.
