special worm nut that screws into the top and bottom of the a3 fork spring then goes through the top triple tree yoke! pretty specific part if youre missing or stripped it...

these are all OEM and but a little corroded from sitting, so just clean it off a bit and youre ready to go

m8 x 1.25 threading on top, 17mm long
worm screw part is 19mm OD
has to flat spots for a 19mm wrench so you can screw it in

not made for a puch but if you file it down and force it on said spring it seems like it will work.  could not find the proper one unless i started looking on European sites though
