Had to grind the 2 flat parts where the 1st gear clutch slides on to get my clutch to fit. I also had to grind off about 1/8-1/4 inch of the tip on the stator side before my stock nut would grab the threads. Decent replacement after working on it a little. Just be prepared to do some grinding.
