with this amazing piece of technology, you can now replace just the bulb on you suzuki fa50 and fz50 without having to change the entire headlight lens assembly. incredible.

best part is that is bolts right into the stock headlight bucket. finally!!!

includes the bulb shown in the photo.

uses p15d / t19 bulbs! ***for some reason, the 6v 15w/15w bulbs have a slightly larger glass bulb that does not fit in this lens. if you are planning on running a 6v 15w/15w bulb, then you will need to slightly open up the ID of the hole where the bulb passes through!! all other voltage/wattage p15d bulbs seems to fit fine!***

Recently Purchased a 1982 Suzuki FZ50, but sadly the headlight bulb was blown. I'm really glad I was able to find this Non-Sealed headlight unit for sale!!! The best part has to be the interchangeable bulb, plus it fits perfect onto the headlight frame!
And I am very grateful for the pervious reviewer who had left a guide for the wiring!
I can now ride my bike at night :]

Went in like OEM, the only gripe I'd have is the green ground plug is smaller than the OEM plug it goes into, so I just used pliers and crimped it down for a nice solid connection. Way easier/cheaper to replace headlight bulbs now! Also I'm going to post Calder's advice on wiring here so you don't have to ask like me!

Replacement headlight wiring:
Green=Ground
Blue= LO
White=HI

OEM wiring:
Black/White=Ground
White=LO
Yellow=HI

My bulb was blown when I bought the shuttle. I looked everywhere for a new headlight but those costs more than $60 and you can't even change the bulb! So glad this popped up on Google search! I didn't need to alter anything! Took old one out and put this in. Fitment 100% perfect and works fantastic! Unfortunately my headlight only works when I have it hooked to the horn wires but that's another problem I have with my shuttle itself haha. Ahh. The headlamp came with the trim and everything. It legit is easy to hook up. I did transfer the wire clips from the Stanley to this for easy removal but that's optional. Thanks treatland.
