we've checked this thing out pretty thoroughly and it should be easy to slap on a FA50, FZ50 or FS50 with a little exhaust work. wrist pin to dome height and stud pattern are identical to the cast iron 45mm kit. sweet. the outer diameter of the cylinder skirt is 2mm smaller than that of the cast iron kit as well...no problems there. the exhaust bolt pattern looks the same as a FA50 except centered (the fa50 is slightly diagonal) and has m8 studs instead of m6. so in short, you'll need to modify the header on your pipe to fit this cylinder. since the cylinder itself is just a modified honda hobbit parmakit with a different piston, it WILL rip hard. we all know the hobbit parmakit is ungodly fast...think about it.

parmakit lists this as 70cc, for fa50 it should work out at more like 60cc though... you do the math and see what makes you happy.

Buy this kit for my fa and it fit great. You need to cut the pipe and make her fit to the angle of the cylinder but its not that bad. The stud are à bit wider and bigger to. But with à welder and some time it does the job. The port are bigger and the cylinder and piston quality is way better than the cast kit.
