i made a throttle cable with this stuff. it adds at least 7km/h through vibe alone.
like the guy said, the bigger cables usually used for brakes and stuff are a no go. just fine for choke/throttle/decomp/running skinny brake cables you dare devil! i thoroughly enjoy mine.

the innards are only big enough for throttle cable sized cables, so if you want to do a whole bike, you have to use the thinner bicycle cables.
