Feels pretty heavy and seems solid, might wear a little over time but it's not gonna break.
The one I received is chrome-plated with the slots labeled on both sides. There are two 14 slots and two 15 slots, one with a small "E" next to it:
Gauges:
10 - 5mm
11 - 4.4mm - tight but works on Puch spokes
12 - 4mm
13 - 3.7mm
14 - 3.6mm
14 - 3.5mm
15E - 3.4mm
15 - 3.3mm - loose but works on Sears ten-speed spokes
