I married this pipe with a 45mm TCCD cylinder kit, but I lost some top end. I was running a smaller Circuit pipe before. I'm running a PHBG 19mm carb, but I think this big chamber needs more volume. I trimmed the skirt on the piston to increase intake duration. Still working on tuning it to get my top end back. I'm running a spacer underneath the cylinder too.

This pipe is incredible, kind of hard to give an analysis because I have it on a kickstart Polini e50 I put on a Tomos Super Tom, so we're talking tiny 10" wheels here, but this thing hits hard and down low, and if my gearing calcs are right rings through just over 11k rpms, I had a Simo pipe on before that was getting me to 12k rpms +, but the broad range of this pipe is what is so impressive. It sounds great, seems super solid, and the slip fit / spring mount on front, and rubber damper on the rear is super nice. 10/10
