puch moped estoril pipe for all around amazing power - great multi stage expansion chamber, quieter than most pipes. the baffle may get super close to the pedals on some bikes (not magnums, murrays, freespirits) but well worth it and easily solvable with smaller pedals. one of the best chambers there is for sure.

this version has the internal perforated cone. this piece is not so much a restrictor but a very interesting cone that acts to shorten the tuned length of the pipe. sick

The clear coat melted off and the exhaust started to rust. The bracket does not go into place, spacer required.

My nabs think I have an electric bike now! I can hear my wheel bearings this thing is so quite. Off the line she’s all go. This pipe has awesome bottom end and the top end is good too. Perfect pipe for a cruise.

This exhaust literally change my cobra. I love riding my cobra now. I actually enjoy buzzing around town again

Had to heat the header portion of the pipe with a map gas torch.  

Cover the surrounding components with foil while heating.  Slightly loosen manifold mounting nuts.  Heat the pipe evenly around the diameter near the kickstand area.  When the pipe gets to a slight red appearance it will bend right into place.  I use an old socket as a spacer that is about an inch tall.  Looks great and comes out of the hole like a bullet.  Clears pedals no problem.  Don't be afraid to tackle this heated bending its easy to do.

Sounds great, runs great. On my 80 maxi, required a 1/2” spacer to mount it to the bracket. Not the end of the world...but the coating has melted and pooled off of the manifold section of the pipe after only a few trips. The coating is not rated for these temps or is extremely close. Fix the coating and it gets 5 stars easy.

Fits like shit, pedals hit and rear hangar bracket welded 1/2 off from where it needs to be.
