athena 70cc 45mm cylinder kit for all puch mopeds! this is the version that includes cylinder, intake, reed block, piston, and gaskets. the boyesen carbon reeds for sachs and such fit perfectly on this! no metal reeds NO! you have to get the carbon ones.

the intake is PHBG size and you can slam this on any e50 or za50 (maybe lil grind on the oil hump). use with clamp style PHBG carbs please!

oh and yes it rips

intake has a 20mm ID and 24mm OD
intake bolt pattern is about 32mm x 32mm hole to hole

Awesome casting and this one has lots of torque. Overall a great kit, but the piston it comes with is the version 1.5 treats kit. The ring land is right on the edge of the intake port causing it to hang up and break the ring immediately. So use a 45mm alukit piston or forever be sad.


Also your gonna want the 12x15x17.5 needle bearing for this one.

Installed on a puch za-50 motor with a expansion chamber it tortures the clutch pack as I scream past cars at 60mph using 16/28 gearing very responsive throttle at 30mph up to top end.You need reeds!
