Got one of these to fit onto a new super stuffy crank. Froze the crank, gently heated this bearing on the stove, and it slipped into place perfectly with no need for a press. Just make sure to check your crank shim clearance with the MLM crank shim tool to see if you need a little shim behind this guy.

this bearing only goes on one way.. make sure the inside of the bearing has the insides tapered side down against your crank. it wont fit right if you put it on upside down.
