the same super stuffy crankshaft for puch e50 that you've known and loved for years has just gotten a major upgrade!! a longer 44mm stroke!!! that's 1mm longer than the stock puch stroke in case ya didn't know.

for guru tuners to take their builds to the next level!! this may require base and head spacing/gasket adjustment to get everything setup perfecto.

very helpful for kits like the treat reed that have a low piston to deck height.

for example, if you are running a 45mm cylinder with a standard 43mm stroke crank, your displacement is 68.38853845987396ccs whereas with the 44mm stroke crank you are bumped up to 69.97896958684777ccs

uses 12x15x15 needle bearing. your kit may be able to accommodate a wider needle bearing like 12x15x16 or 12x15x17.5 if you want to use one, measure to be sure!

Crank has .003” run out. That’s better than a high performance motocross bike. If you run this with the Gilardoni 74cc kit run a .5 base gasket and .4mm head gasket and everything is perfect. Even ends up with 1.1mm squish!

Don't forget to add a 1mm metal base spacer to your kit to make up for the extra 1mm stroke length, your ports will like it.

Rad!!!! No more decking Puch high torque cylinders.
Previous comment, it's not a longer con rod , the big pin is offset a 1/2 mm further down on the webs.
