here's what ya get in this PARTYYY!:

the puch 65cc treat kit party supreme!!

comes with a 45mm 65cc treat kit cylinder
, 50cc hi comp head, chrome tecno boss pipe, dellorto SHA 15.15 lever choke carburetor, SHA intake, throttle cable, + gasket set. sorry no clutch gasket this week!!

boss mounting tips - this pipe has a quite large header, use a super thin walled 10mm long socket to mount dreamy, or use the long brass M6 nuts, or remove the studs completely and use M6 allen/hex bolts...then no probs, all is well.

why think, when we can do the thinking for you. all ya need now is a jet range to tune this up. and that will be up to you. i would recommend a 70s or 80s range, but who knows, depends where you live. most of my tuning is done 93 feet below sea level.

5 of 5 Good kit June 10, 2020

I like this kit. I put it on a ZA50 and it hardly needed and tuning. I didn’t port match the case yet nor did I take off the stock air filter/box. I just slapped it on and took off. I like it. It’s good. High five.

4 of 5 A slap on and rip kit but garbage gaskets. May 2, 2017
taco eater : Ashley ackley from minneapolis, MN United States
The intake is just a bit too big for the SHA shim.
The head gasket and exhaust gasket are good to go, the intake and base gasket are absolute garbage. Bad cut, thin as tissue paper.
The pipe needs the rear mount hole bored out a hair to fit the original bolt.
Otherwise the kit rips! 45mph with the jet the sha came with, and the pipe sounds good without hurting your ears. I get a death rattle at 40 though. I used the OG base gasket (3x as thick as what is provided) and my exhaust port clearance was perfecto! Screw in the intake/exhaust studs BEFORE you Install the jug. Use two nuts to spin it in tight.
