5 of 5 Great Kit little Fuss Sunday, September 13, 2026

Had a spare e50 and I wanted to build a no-drama daily so I got this kit and I absolutely love it. Paired with a sport touring head and no base spacers it starts on a single kick which is great because the estoril blocks full pedal motion. Temps in the low 300s. Anyone that complains about low end probably needs to tune their clutch.

Build: unstuffed crank, 15mm bing (still jetting), estoril pipe, and a 2-shoe clutch with 90g shoes and 15lb pull on stock springs.

5 of 5 Love this Kit! Sunday, December 18, 2022

I am passionate about getting everything out of 50cc and this kit gets you set up to do just that. I have actually drilled and ported out 2 sub exhaust ports next to the exhaust with plenty of room to spare. I also closed off the intake piston port with some JB weld because I have the ADDY aftermarket case and have switched to case induction. With this case, porting, 21 mm delorto style carb, 17/38 gearing, and a modified proma circuit exhaust, I'm hitting top speeds of 54mph consistently and daily drive this 20 miles to work and back every workday. I love this kit!

SHA 15.15, hunter pipe, jammer v4, treats cdi with parmakit curved ignition.. hold onto your hat. easy 36mph with 13x45 gearing. revs out to about 9600rpm. hits the pipe around 7k and pulls HARD for a lil ole 50. make sure you clutch appropriately. she likes the revs!!!

4 of 5 ok, low end sucks balls Sunday, April 17, 2022

e50, timing set 3mm BTDC running HPI mini, 16x40 hit 42 GPS Speedo, 170lbs man child not bad. Techno exhaust running 15.15 sha 78 jet, running slightly rich with is better then lean i suppose.
edit 1, installed claw shoes and brace and baby does this kit rock, low end still sucks but mid to top end is crazy. pulls like a 2 speed, gained 3MPH from clutch running. My kit tops out at 44 now, avg 38-40

edit 2 topped this kit out at 48mph gps, put about 300 miles on it, ended up taking the kit off as it just way to much of a dog off the line and throttle needs to be pinned constantly. If you're looking for a nice boost over stock with a good mid rip/top tip this is a decent kit, if you need low end look away. My verdict on this kit is just go with the airsal 44mm gain some low end/speed But with that in mind use martystoolbox and calculate your rpms relative to your gearing. this will keep your bushing nice and happy.
