First off, this is a thread into a threaded exhaust port design. Not clear from the Photo here. Secondly the ID of this is 21.6mm pretty dang small so maybe if you had a stock Peugeot cylinder this could work? Not on to the flex part, It doesn't really flex. Maybe like 3 degree at most and thats being generous.

Lower the high high rpm power band of your french pipe and eliminate exhaust pulse loss due to leaky ball joints! Remember to remove the restrictor before you bolt it on...
