I got this with the Dellorto 15.15 SHA party pack, and it's caused me nothing but heartache and way too many wasted hours trying to get rid of air leaks. The casting is so completely horrible. Fuck this intake, not worth the cheap price.

does not fit 14.12 with stock plastic shim intake has an 19mm exterior (same as stock) plastic shim has 18mm interior. time to diy shim this. but fits 15.15 with copper shim perfecto
edit benji: you can use any 15 or 16mm SHA on this intake with https://www.treatland.tv/dellorto-SHA-1mm-carburetor-shim-puch-p/dellorto-sha-shim-1-puch.htm most 15 and 16mm SHA come with this shim. for 14.12 they use a 20mm OD shim so you just need to find a 20mm OD 19mm ID shim which dellorto does not make or i haven't found it yet.

you will need to sand it on a flat surface to smooth the bottom and round out the holes. But it is nice, fits and works after that,

Casting defects...

The face that mates with the reed block was never milled down to a smooth finish and caused air leaks. After I figured this out I milled it down myself and discovered the interior is filled with gas bubbles from poor casting. Even with the the air bubbles it does make a proper seal since it doesn't have ridges anymore. You get what you pay for.

the stud mounting holes don't line up with the studs, so make them bigger. the holes are also square cut on the bottom, making pretty much all gaskets not work unless self cut. dremel off the two tabs on the side and take more material off so you can use a socket to tighten and loosen the intake nuts. drill two shallow wells to clear the screws holding the reeds to the reed block.
on an off topic note, I am fairly certain that the main differences in peugeot U1, U2 and U3 models in the reed valve.
