The needle bearings are too tight for the stock Peugeot 16mm shaft. It barely fits and doesn’t spin easily once it’s on. I plan to swap the bearings with those from the stock pulley.
Quality is so so, there’s a slight wobble and every machined edge is sharp af.

Update: The sprocket fits so loose on the pulley and the way it secures causes chain tension to modulate between too tight and  too loose during each revolution. It’s pretty but shitty 💩

Quality is pretty decent. On par with the Moby / Peugeot Doppler ER2 pulley. Same sprocket mounting system as well. TAKE EVERYTHING APART AND BLUE LOCTITE IT.

Mounted easy peasy. Bought the Moby / Peugeot pulley shim / circlip kit for installation. Ended up barely using any of the shims. When compared to the stock plastic Peugeot pulley, it's damn near close. Like maybe a couple mm off at most.

Belt alignment didn't end up being much of an issue with stock variator. I ended up using just the stock plastic shim behind the pulley and then spaced the rest of the slop out on the outside. Essentially slamming the pulley as far in as possible while keeping the stock plastic shim. In the end, belt alignment wasn't PERFECT but good enough for me. Remember you want to have the belt aligned at full variation. So in low gear your alignment should be off and as it variates the belt alignment will become straighter.

Jon out. Holler.
