the spark plug wire on the Yamaha DT50LC is not removable (ask me how I know). I had this coil sitting on my bench, and bolt holes lined up with the OE coil, and this thing straight up fits perfectly on the DT50 frame.
I was worried about not getting spark after reading the description, but the bike fired up first kick and runs great. Mine did not include the orange spade to bullet wire in the photo, good thing the OE coil has some orange wire with bullet coming out of it (snippy snippy).
let yourself replace your sticky, stiff, disintegrating 38 year old DT50 spark plug wire, you deserve it champ.

Just a note, mounts right up to hobbit subframe. Weak spark with points system, maybe better on CDI?
