this is just the throttle tube for the puch maxi early grey throttle assemblies. these come with the original grip. a little hard after so many years. maybe squirt some lube between the grip and tube and exchange it for another? this is originally found on late 70's puch maxi controls, some early tomos models, sachs, kreidler, and maybe more may or may NOT have the little spring steel plate thing!! they are a little dirty from sitting ina warehouse for 40 years... hole for knarp or cable end is about 6.5mm diameter and 8mm long
