Its black, so thats cool, but thats about it.  4 light tack welds are questionable to fasten sprocket to pulley.  Also, the teeth of the sprocket weren't really the right shape, causing the chain to really go wappity wappity wappity.

If you buy this pulley YOU NEED to sand away the paint and weld it up better it will not hold up long with the four tack welds it comes with. Other than that it works fine.

Building a full AV10 engine, mucho powah. The welds snapped and left me on the side of the road a mile from home. It was nice while it lasted. The pulley metal is extremely thin which is what caused the welds to tear out along with the sheet metal on the inside of the pulley.
