***The original locating pin position has been moved and the old pin has been milled out of the ringland. unfortunately when they did this, they didnt fully remove the pin so the ring sticks a tiny bit where the old pin was. simple fix though, just bust out your needle files and file the ring groove until the ring seats in it without sticking.***
