works good with the dellerto 15. have to shim it down for this carb to fit on this but it works. little modifications to this to fit the express nc50. If you've never held a screw driver before, this isn't for you. I had to elongate the holes a bit, then had to dremel the bottom right side to clear the fender mount that is attached at the intake. worked awesome and have no leakage.

I bought the whole sha carb party for my av7. Had to shave the top of the intake(took like 5 seconds with a file) bolted up grate! One downside is the plastic shim went bad on my carb and the intake casting was a bit off so I have to replace because of a insane air leak in the seal. Overall a sweet setup, just gotta be aware that it may have some defects. 👍

Decent intake for NC50

One thing I did not notice when ordering this intake was that the actual place where the carb mounts is on an angle to the flat gasket surface, this means your carb will be angled down a little bit when mounted to a honda express, you can flip the intake and angle it up or down but it is not a straight shorty intake. Don't think this will matter but I have yet to try it.

Mine worked just well without shaving off the top. Maybe I got lucky, i dunno....
Works great for my 15.15 SHA I used a 1mm shim and a clamp seal for a tight fit .
I'll get another for the other AV7. - Buy a few, they're inexpensive and worth it.
