super affordable cheap radiator for those who are quite crafty. you'll need to reinforce the mounting posts and hose spigots as they are very weak. alumiweld, jb weld will be your best friend with this. if you choose not to reinforce the posts and hose spigots they will break, probably before you even ride it. once they are reinforced these are pretty awesome cheap radiators though, just don't expect to use them without reinforcing them.

yesss! here's the moped sized cheap radiator with all the reinforcement already taken care of by none less than the welding wizards at MLM. they've tig welded the bottom mounting posts, inlet and outlet spigots and top mounting bracket!

comes with a nice radiator cap, rubber mounting grommets, and very very thin mounting bracket that may or may not be useful.

perfecto size for moped use. check out the dims below
8" wide
5.5" tall
1.5" thick
1 inlet spigot with a 16mm OD and 13mm ID
1 outlet spigot with a 16mm OD and 13mm ID
1 overflow spigot with a 8mm OD and 5mm ID

***note there is no warranty/returns/complaints allowed on these***

Would not buy again, however I don't fault Treats for this:

- Radiator came to me "not square"; it appeared slightly bent in one direction
- Filler neck was warped in such a way that the cap wasn't removable, had to repair cap due to this
- Cap does not seal correctly (possibly due to warped filler neck); patient attempts to lightly sand the surface to be uniform have not helped

I found an equivalently-sized Mishimoto brand dirtbike radiator online, new, for $32. The outlet/inlet matched at 0.63" / 16mm.
